Torre Central

The Torre Central in Manila is being designed specifically with college students in mind. Strategically located in close proximity to the University Belt, each unit will come fully furnished with a kitchen, bunk beds, air conditioning, and other amenities that will make college life easier for students. For instance, each unit will boast of several features that can cut down on spending, such as a balcony for drying wet clothes (cleverly concealed with metal accents to preserve the tower’s facade) and large windows that reduce aircon usage and let in natural sunlight.

Given the modest area of each unit (around 15 to 27 square meters each), the layout and furnishings will maximize space. The lower level of each bunk bed can be converted into a study area, the bathroom shower area will be separated from the toilet and washbasin, allowing the simultaneous use of two people.

Of course, college is also about fun, and so a roof deck activity area and basketball court were included. All in all, Torre Manila will help students make the most out of their college experience.
