Stratford Residences

The Stratford Residences will rise in a new development center at the former site of the International School in Makati. This inner-city development will be complemented by an array of shopping centers and commercial buildings, and, once completed, will be the tallest structure in the Philippines at 70 levels. The building’s reflective glass facade is expressed as a series of folded surfaces, creating an interesting interplay of light and shadow at each interval.
