Siam 8000 Hotel and Residences

The Siam 8000 is the only first-class hotel and residences development in Davao City, and combines urban living in a resort-like setting. The hotel has two wings, which flank the 12-storey Residential Tower, at the center is an amenity theatre with water features, gardens, swimming pools, and a playground. The residential units were designed with layout flexibility in mind, allowing for multiple combinations of units.
The architecture has a contemporary tropical style, with light towers at the north and south wings.The facade features metal screens with patterns derived from indigenous T’nalak weaving.
