PLDT-CTC & JGSOM Building Expansions

The John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM) and the PLDT-Convergent Technologies Center (PLDT-CTC) are educational facilities within the Ateneo de Manila University Campus. The expansions of these buildings involve the addition of fourth and fifth floors, and will provide room for new classrooms and laboratories.

New rooms at the JGSOM building will be utilized for programs such as the School of Management’s Business Accelerator, while PLDT-CTC laboratories will be devoted to well-funded interdisciplinary research projects.

The additional floors will have sustainable design features, such as the installation of solar panels for energy conservation and a rainwater collection system for sanitary purposes. Moreover, the buildings will incorporate green wall systems covered in vegetation as a means of reducing heat inside classrooms.
