The Movenpick and Residences will be one of three towers comprising Picar Place in Makati City. The hotel will anchor the development, fronting Kalayaan Avenue, and act as the marker to the project entrance.
The Ground floor entrance boasts a three-level atrium, punctuated by suspended escalators connecting all three levels. A separate residential lobby on the second floor is accessed via escalators.
Hotel floors comprise the lower third of the tower while serviced residences comprise all other floors.
