Marco Polo Residences

Marco Polo Residences is a luxury condominium development beside the Marco Polo Hotel in Cebu. It is situated in one of Cebu’s hillsides, with an area that culminates in a plateau, providing unobstructed views of the city below. The beauty of this location inspired the development’s architectural design. The towers are arranged like a string of pearls, with contemporary exteriors defined by a balance of solid and glass.

The building itself comprises of four zones, divided according to the floor. Unit sizes and exclusivity increase as one goes up the zones.
