 Located in Cebu’s AsiaTown IT Park, i3 is the third in a series of office buildings developed by Primary Development Corporation. While the adjacent i2 building has its
walls symmetrically splayed out on either side, i3 adapts the same angles, applied vertically, giving the impression of a building leaning forward. But the effect is more than aesthetic; i3’s floor area increases as the floors ascend. In addition, all exterior walls were pre-cast, allowing for construction in record time.
