Corinthian Hills Mansions Parade

The Corinthian Hills Mansions Parade will be a premier commercial establishment on a strip of land measuring nearly 400 m long, along Temple Drive and overlooking the Marikina Valley. So called because of its “parade of mansions” design concept, the facility will feature over two dozen residential facades with varying architectural themes – from traditional to contemporary – utilizing different textures and materials. This will allow the development to blend in with the fabric of the adjacent Corinthian Hills Subdivision.

Inside the unique façade will be an internally connected mall, complete with retail outlets, dining areas and cinemas. The exterior will boast of two grand plazas with lush vegetation and water features; a landscaped foot path shaded by trees and a trellis cover traversing the entire area; and, a roof deck park and activity center with a stunning view of the Marikina Valley below.
