Tribeca is envisioned as a community of residential towers in bustling Sucat. Each tower typically provided studio and one bedroom units in an H-configuration. A clubhouse is also provided for residents, complete with swimming pools and spacious function spaces. The towers are arranged to minimize visual obstructions to the views of Laguna and the Mt. Makiling.
