Costa Mira Beachtown

Costa Mira is the first of Cebu Landmasters Inc.'s beach series. It is an integrated beach resort community the brings to life the comforts of home in a tropical setting. The development comprises three residential towers and a boutique hotel. All residential units will have balconies fronting the Mactan Strait or city views. Amenities are located at two different levels. The amenities at ground level fronting the beach include a free-form pool, a pool bar and specialty restaurant. Retail spaces are also provided. Another amenity floor is located at third level where  a 25 meter lap pool, function rooms and fitness gym are provided. Drop-off for the three towers is located at this level.
