Citadines Bacolod is a 14-storey, 200-key hotel located along the main commercial and tourism thoroughfare, Lacson Street. The amenities include a 680 banquet seating capacity ballroom, meeting rooms, themed all day-dining restaurant, a  pub, spa, cafe and lounge on the ground floor. Guest-exclusive spaces such as the gym, spa and pools at the amenity deck are provided.

Guests are welcomed via drop-off leading into a high ceiling lobby amidst a lush tropical landscaped setting. As one enters the building, this welcoming expression is echoed in the hallways and various public spaces. These spaces are acoustically protected with double-glazed windows, preserving the serene ambience of the interiors. The architecture and building envelope feature undulating sun baffles and low-e glazing to minimize heat gain. The unique silhouette created by these projections allow for bigger windows in the guest rooms, from where unobstructed views of the city and its environs can be better appreciated.
