The Grand Central development in Bonifacio Global City will bring to Manila a glimpse and feel of New York. At the heart of this “Big Apple” district lies four residential towers namely: Central Park West, Madison, Time Square West and Park Avenue. The Big Apple fronts 7th Avenue, and is also provided with a two-storey commercial hub comprising of close to three hectares of high-end retail and food outlets. The building will be fronted by the fully-landscaped Big Apple park, and will include amenities such as a lap pool, a gourmet center, and a playground. Developed by Federal Land, it will constitute a new and upscale landmark in the bustling BGC.
